Description
Application: Perko 493-series bronze raw water sea strainer with glass sight bowl, cast IN/OUT ports, tie-rod cap, and bottom drain petcock — used as a raw water intake filter on inboard gas and diesel marine engines and generators (classic Chris-Craft, Formula, and similar builds).
Condition: Used take-off in as-found condition with heavy bronze patina/verdigris, intact but cloudy glass bowl, and original hose fittings and clamps still attached. Not pressure tested; recommend new gasket and inspection of the glass bowl before installation.
Buyer must confirm fitment by part number, photos, dimensions, engine model, serial number, and application before purchase. Used marine part sold as-is unless otherwise stated. No returns on electrical, used, special-order, or installed parts.
