Vintage Detroit Diesel / GM 71 Series Roots blower housing cover casting featuring the classic raised 'GM General Motors Diesel Power' emblem. Application: Detroit Diesel inline 71 series engines (2-71, 3-71, 4-71, 6-71) in marine, industrial, and genset service. Condition: Used core / take-off, sold as-is — original green paint is worn and chipped, gasket surfaces show old sealant and light corrosion, cast number partially legible. A great display or restoration/rebuild core for a vintage Detroit Diesel project.
