Application: Detroit Diesel 8.2L V8 four-stroke marine diesel engine, commonly rated around 250 HP in propulsion trim. Suitable as a rebuild core or parts donor for 8.2L Fuel Pincher marine applications.
Condition: Used take-out, sold as-is as a core. Complete-appearing with turbo, manifolds, heat exchanger, starter, and flywheel visible, but not tested and not represented as running. Surface rust, flaking paint, and weathering consistent with outdoor storage. Casting 8928877 visible on Detroit Diesel embossed housing.
Engine will be drained and open ports capped before shipping. Heavy palletized LTL freight.
